Our Story

     Charming Tiles was created by mother/daughter team, Rhonda LoSchiavo and Sharon Tharp in the spring of 2014, and is a home-based business in Central Ohio.  What started as a hobby quickly turned into a thriving business that has taken us all over the state.  We enjoy taking our products to many different events, ranging from small craft events to large music and craft festivals. Our product ideas and quotes come from many places, but our designs are often inspired by the wonderful people we meet at our events.  We really enjoy watching people as they read our tiles. A good quote can often times lift a low spirit. We like to think people walk away from our booth feeling a little happier than when they arrived!

     Rhonda lives on a small farm in Dresden, Ohio with her husband, Frank and their pets. “Designing tiles allows me to tap into my creative side. My favorite days are spent creating new designs, alongside my daughter, Sharon. We make a great team!”

     Sharon enjoys spending time with her horses, Dakota and Bandit, along with their many other pets. “I have always been a creative person. Our tile business has allowed me to continuously stimulate my natural urge to create fun and interesting pieces. It really is very exciting to create new designs and travel to shows and festivals with my mom and best friend, Rhonda.”
